The 470 acres of land has been divided into eight neighborhoods of Bajan-themed single-family homes and cluster units.
Two-thirds of the acreage will remain as open space, allowing a harmonious blending with nature while offering breathtaking scenery of rolling meadows, dense forest, and coral stone quarries.
The championship golf course at Apes Hill Club opened on December 5, 2009. Golf membership offered exclusively to Apes Hill Club Property Owners. Access to the course is restricted to Apes Hill Club Golf Members and their invited guests.
The world class Apes Hill Polo Center, with its full-sized field, is one of the finest of its kind in the West Indies.
