Sara G Sails from Morocco to Barbados
Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 06:34PM Just realized I did not post this last week . . . an amazing journey rowing across the Atlantic from Africa to Barbados.
The Sara G was definitely ocean worthy - along with her international crew of 6, (5 men and 1 female).
They left Morocco on January 12, and arrived safely in Barbados last Wednesday nite.
The rowing team endured high winds, huge waves and flying fish waging war against the boat and crew! Linda
The voyage was estimated to take between 40 and 50 days - actual time was 57 days 19 Hours and 57 mins.
