On our first day there we had 3 hotel staff knock and enter our room in a span of 6 hours to check if the room is occupied (one would think front desk would communicate) and the phone in our room did not work for 36 hours. We made reservations for dinner at both their restaurants Azure and Zen with the concierge. When we arrived at Zen we were informed we don't have reservations and that they could accommodate us by seating us at the bar but we would have to leave in 1 hour (how's that for a $300 US meal)! We ordered breakfast for 2 from room service and received 1 set of cutlery. We then ordered 2 cheese burgers and a caesar salad and received no cutlery. We received the cutlery 20 minutes later and when we started on our burgers we discovered it was raw!
We met another couple there and they were there celebrating their 10 year anniversary and they asked if we had any service issues and to our surprise they had an equally terrible experience.
