I stayed at the South Gap Hotel 6 weeks ago over christmas. Our room was cleaned every day, even on Christmas day. The staff were very nice too. Just seeing this picture makes me want to be back there. There is a bar & restaurant down stairs called the Flying Fish which does very nice food and drink. If you go, ask for the drink Mango Tango, WOW!. Me and my partner got to know the bar manager Rose and her sister. Rose is coming over to UK to see us sometime this summer.
