Barbados Hip Hop Festival
Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at 07:55AM The Barbados Hip-Hop Festival is scheduled for April 6, 7 and 8, 2006.
The first night of the festival will kick off at the popular Ship Inn, located in the St. Lawrence Gap on the Southern coast.
Entertainers on the first nights lineup include local R&B sensation Hal Linton, Magnetic Image Records Ragga Soca/hip hop duo Da Maniacs; local hip-hop stars Strategy and The Poundas; British R&B duo P2 and BET 106 and Park’s Julissa.
The Sheraton Center in Bridgetown will host the festivals second night, and top entertainers include international Bajan artist Magnet Man (shown at left); R&B hit maker Toni Norville, top local hip-hop artiste Billy Kincaid and J-Co set to perform.
The final day includes a full one on one workshop for those in the entertainment industry, along with aspiring artists.
The festival will be produced by Timeless Barbados Entertainment Agency. This is the same agency that produced the successful Barbados Music Awards back in January, 2006.

If any one knows if this is a first for A Bajan to perfrom in Russia pleaee confirm, according to all press it is?
